Insomnia

Insomnia:

Up to 30% of adults complain of insomnia at any one time.  There are three types of Insomnia:


Transient - Short in duration, such as a response to stress.

Secondary - Related to another disorder.

Primary - Of unknown origin.


Trying to force yourself to sleep often makes you more awake.


There are many hypnotherapy approaches that are very effective in reducing and eliminating Insomnia.  A detailed case history will be taken and possible causes looked into.  Getting into the habit of sleeping well has an enormous effect on mental and physical health and should always be made a top priority!
